Refund Policy

At DeMercy, we are committed to delivering eceptional quality and a seamless experience.
If for any reason, your order is not suitable, you may request a return  with 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
  • be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
  • be returned in their original packaging
  • include all attached tags, including the security tag
Returns will not be accepted if the security tag has been removed or if the product shows signs of wear.

Return shipping fees
  • European Union: complimentary returns
  • United States, United Kingdom and international: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Any customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping fees are not refunded, unless there is an issue on our part.
Ineligible items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • made-to-order, made-to-measure or personalized items
  • worn, damaged, or altered items
  • items without original tags
Unclaimed parcels
Any unclaimed or refused shipment may be subject to return and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
