Manufacturing & Pre-order
How are DeMercy pieces made?
Each piece is designed by Julie Sachot and developed in the spirit of craftmanship with a specialised workshop in Paris, then manufactured in France by specialised suppliers. Textiles, sourced from suppliers to major fashion houses, are carefully selected for quality and durability. Buttons are meticulously chosen for each collection and come from Italy.
Why are pieces available for pre-order?
DeMercy adopts a pre-order model to ensure a controlled, responsible, and high-quality manufacturing. Each piece is produced in limited quantities, with particular attention to detail and cut.
Order & Delivery
How to order a DeMercy piece?
Pieces are exclusively offered through pre-order, at the showroom, or during private invitation-only events. For any request, please contact us directly.
How does pre-order work?
DeMercy operates on a pre-order basis, with orders open during “drop” sessions. Once a session ends, each piece enters production and is processed within 4 to 6 weeks before shipping.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:
• France: 2 to 4 business days
• Europe: 4 to 6 business days
• United Kingdom: 4 to 6 business days
• United States: 3 to 4 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on customs processing or carrier delays.
Taxes and customs duties?
For customers located within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the final price.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a piece?
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, including the security tag.
Are returns free?
Returns are free within the European Union. For the United Kingdom, the United States, and the rest of the world, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after the return is approved.
Which items cannot be returned?
Personalized or custom-made pieces, as well as worn, damaged, incomplete items, or items without their original tags, cannot be returned.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire, and Apple Pay.
Can I pay in installments?
Installment payments are not available at this time.
In what currencies can I pay?
Payments can be made in € (EUR), £ (GBP), and $ (USD).

How do I choose my size?
We recommend you visit the showroom to choose your size with the designer.
