Shipping Policy
DeMercy operates on a pre-order basis, with orders placed during limited “drop” sessions. Once a session closes, orders are produced and shipped within 4 to 6 weeks.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:
- France: 2–4 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
- United States: 3–4 business days

Important: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
International regulations & duties
For customers within the European Union, all applicable taxes and shipping costs are included in the final price.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or local fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. However:
- United Kingdom and United States: import duties and shipping costs are included in the price.
- United States: local taxes (sales tax) are calculated and added at checkout based on the delivery address.
